Referral Program Terms

MNX Markets, Inc. (“MNX”)

Effective date: October 23, 2026.

By using the MNX Interface, you agree to these terms and our Terms of Service. These terms supplement the Terms of Service, including their eligibility rules, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions.

Rewards

When a new account registers with your valid referral code, you may receive a share of its eligible trading fees at the rate and for the period shown by MNX. Only direct referrals qualify; fees from vault accounts are excluded. Referred users receive no fee discount or rebate. Payments are made in USDm to your registered wallet’s Protocol margin balance.

MNX’s discretion

MNX will make good-faith efforts to administer the program and process rewards. Rewards are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, MNX may change or end the program, exclude participants, correct errors, or withhold, adjust or revoke any rewards, including accrued rewards, at any time in its sole discretion. MNX may seek recovery of paid rewards where permitted by law. Its decisions on eligibility, attribution, calculations and rewards are final, subject to applicable law. Changes to these terms follow Section 16.2 of the Terms of Service.

Sharing referrals

Clearly disclose alongside your link or code that you may receive a share of the referred user’s trading fees. Promotions must be accurate and lawful. Self-referrals and activity designed to manufacture rewards are prohibited.

You have revocable permission to use the MNX name and unmodified official referral links solely to share your referral in compliance with these terms.

Privacy and taxes

Referral information is public as described in our Privacy Policy. MNX does not provide tax advice. You are responsible for your taxes.
